Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures

Eurest prides itself on providing worry and hassle free catering. We view our catering menu as just a guideline when planning your events. We can customize and menu and provide new and exciting food items for your group. Each major or special event sponsor should work closely with our chef manager to develop a menu that is appropriate for your event.

Menu

Catering menus are available upon request. Please use the catertrax website for your day to catering needs.

Lead Time

In order to provide the best service to your event, a suggested minimum lead-time of two (2) business days (M-F) is helpful when ordering food and beverage.

Guarantees

Final guarantees for ALL catering orders must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the start of your event.

Linen

Standard white linen can be supplied from the caterer for the food/buffet tables and for the sit-down tables and is charged at a rate of $3.00 per linen. If you require specialty linen, please contact your Chef Manager to discuss options available within your budget.

Cancellations

While we do understand this will happen from time to time, any expenses incurred for food and or production labor will be charged for any cancellations within 24 hours of your event.

Billing

We can bill your credit card or cost center for your event.

After Hour Events

All after hour events will be charged $20.00 per hour if labor is utilized for the event.
